2 receptionist and 2 light switched loss power. Anthony came in found the problem within 20 minutes of being there. He was professional, courteous and understanding. I will hire hine again as he also addressed a safety issues that was left unaddressed from the previous technician from another electrical company. Thanks Anthony for you expertise.

I had an electrical issue in my rental unit managed by AK&N Solutions LLC—several outlets weren't working, and one breaker kept tripping every time I used certain appliances. I reported the problem, and to their credit, AK&N Solutions LLC acted quickly and scheduled a repair with Western Electric LLC. Within just a day or two, a technician from Western Electric came out. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain what was going on. The issue turned out to be a faulty breaker and some older wiring that needed replacing. They completed the repair the same day, made sure everything was safe, and even tested all the outlets to ensure everything was working properly. I really appreciated how smoothly the whole process went—great communication from AK&N, and fast, reliable service from Western Electric LLC. Since the repair, I haven’t had a single issue. Highly recommend WESTERN ELECTRIC LLC for his professionalism and responsiveness!

Great service! I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Western Electric LLC. The technician, Anthony, was suburb in troubleshooting and repairing the electrical problems in my house. Tony was on time, efficient, friendly, polite and left the area incredibly clean. WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING FOR FUTURE SERVICES. Had an issue with my Dishwasher and the appliance folks could not figure it out, so i called Western Electric. Anthony came to diagnosis the issue and literally worked tirelessly to get figure it out. I appreciate the extra time he spent in my home just to get behind my dishwasher, which the appliance people from Costco did not put much effort in at all to do. He explained the issue to me clearly and fixed everything up and he followed up days later to make sure everything was still working. a true professional.

I needed a repair on my breaker box that included grounding work. Tony was able to make time to come same day to help. Incredibly calming and friendly service. He quickly walked me through his process and got to work. He even diagnosed an additional issue and took care of some loose wiring. Very fair and reasonable pricing 11/10 would use Western Electric again.

I had an amazing experience with this company. My electrician was Anthony! He came out the same day, was very professional, friendly, and efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. He explained each step clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m extremely appreciative of his work and kindness. First of all he was very kind and patient listening to what we needed. Then he went over and explained what he could do for us. Anthony let us know what would be most helpful. I am very happy with all the work that was done, In a timely manner and reasonable price. He was very thorough and cleaned up after, professional.
